My work is deeply personal because I’ve lived the very pain I now help others navigate.
For nearly two decades, I carried the weight of unhealed trauma.

My story includes surviving childhood sexual abuse, enduring two separate sexual assaults in my twenties, and losing my grandmother to suicide. I spent years battling anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and emotionally abusive relationships.
I felt trapped, stuck in survival mode, replaying patterns I couldn’t seem to break. I understood why I struggled, yet I couldn’t seem to change how I lived.

Professionally, I spent years studying and supporting human behavior, earning a Bachelor’s in Human Development and a Master’s in Psychology. I worked as a psychologist within school systems, where I supported individuals in understanding their emotions, navigating complex family and social dynamics, and developing the inner stability they needed to learn and grow.
It was there I began to see the patterns: the silent burdens people carry, the invisible wounds that shape their lives, and the extraordinary transformation that becomes possible when healing is approached with structure, compassion, and ownership.
My story isn’t just about what I’ve survived. It’s about what I’ve built from it. Every painful chapter became part of the foundation for my work today.
I know how hard it is to rebuild yourself after loss, trauma, or years of self-doubt. I also know it’s possible. With the right support, you can find self-trust and the freedom to create a life that finally feels like your own.

You’ve started the hard work of understanding your past, maybe through therapy, reading self-help books, or years of self-growth, yet something still feels unsettled.

You’ve started the hard work of understanding your past, maybe through therapy, reading self-help books, or years of self-growth, yet something still feels unsettled.

That realization led me to create the Forward Thinking Method™, an action-based process that helps you bridge the gap between healing and growth. It’s the same framework I used to rebuild my own life and the one I now use to help clients lead their lives with purpose and clarity.
