The Forward Thinking Method™

Through my own healing journey and years of work in psychology and coaching, I began to see an pattern: understanding the past doesn’t always lead to lasting change. Many people feel stuck, but might not know why or how to move forward.

That realization led me to create the Forward Thinking Method™, an action-based process that bridges the gap between healing and growth. It’s the same framework I used to rebuild my own life and the one I now use to help clients lead theirs with purpose and clarity.
At its core are eight guiding principles that shape how we move from awareness to empowerment:

  • Unlimited Voxer (audio message) support between sessions (Monday–Friday)
